As it is with God our great story teller each has been given a personal story complete with your very own happily ever after. But our Lord's once upon a time began before the foundation of the world. It began with "Father I desire"! God had a desire for a companion to share Himself with created like himself. Therefore God also had a need and that need was to fulfill His own desire. Now plans or blue prints for the conception of a creation unlike anything He had made before, were set in motion. He would be called "man" made in the image and likeness of God fulfilling His own deire for fellowship resembling that which He enjoyed with in Himself.
What an incredible plan and journey to discover the lover of our souls. Having been created for His own pleasure and intimate fellowship into His very heart. I believe that lucifer only knew God's ways, but did not know very depths of His heart the way we are invited. This is our story as well as God's story our journey as well as His. We complete Him by virtue of fulfilling His desire. Wow amazing isn't it! So we are in fact are very precious to Him conceived of with in the very heart of God. Planned for and for such a time as this.
Beloved you are His special treasure open your heart to recieve this truth. Jesus longs for and Loves you earnestly even when you sin and are miserable in it. He does not stop loving you His love for you is not based upon your performance. His love for you is based on His consuming fire of love that can not be quenched. One day on my way to church the Lord said this "I already knew what you were going to do or say or even think, before you got to the place where you did it. So why would I be angry?" I laughed and replied I don't know Lord why would you?
Today stop what ever you are doing and ask him to forgive you of your sins and to help you overcome. He is able to keep you with His great love. Jesus said "My sheep hear my voice and another they will not follow." Sheep completely trust the shepherd and will follow Him anywhere. They can get distracted and lose sight of the shepherd, but He will leave all to find them. The illustration here is not that sheep are stupid (which I've heard Christians despise the reference of being called sheep), but that of trusting the Lord Jesus to be their "high tower" able to see the wolf from afar off! If we will trust Him and simply follow as children do their parents or sheep do the good shepherd, then we will hear His voice and He will shepherd us. Another verse from the Lord is "Be still and know that I am God." It is only when we are "still" our mind at rest, that we may in fact know His voice. When our thoughts are so busy with the worries of the day, or many other thoughts, we can not hear Him clearly.
